Case study · Website & digital foundations
A new digital home for an independent midwife
Regina Covington runs Rights of Passage Midwifery, an independent practice in Maidenhead. We built a new website around her services and the families she supports. The engagement also covered search visibility, Google Business Profile, GA4, business email migration and hosting.

The website and the foundations around it
- Website: A responsive site with dedicated service pages, clear fees, FAQs, testimonials and contact routes.
- SEO and GEO: Search and AI-search foundations in the engagement scope, built around clear service information and local context.
- Local discovery: Google Business Profile work alongside the website.
- Measurement: GA4 setup in the engagement scope, so performance can be measured over time.
- Business infrastructure: Email migration and hosting included in the engagement.
How it's built
HTML, CSS and JavaScript for a focused service website with responsive layouts.
Service-led content, clear page titles and descriptions, and local information about the practice.
The source repository includes Cloudflare Worker hosting configuration and a separate preview environment.
Dedicated pages help families explore the care they need, with fees and FAQs available alongside them.
Regina's story, experience and approach sit alongside the services, so visitors can understand who they will be contacting.
Families can start an editable enquiry through WhatsApp or email, with service context carried through from the fee cards.
The wider scope brought search, Google Business Profile, GA4, email migration and hosting into the same engagement.
Why it exists
Help families understand the care and find a clear next step
An independent practice needs a website that explains its services, establishes who is providing the care and makes it easy to get in touch. For Regina, the content needed to reflect a personal, relationship-led service across postnatal care, infant feeding, tongue-tie care and pregnancy support.
The work extended beyond the pages. Search foundations, local business information, measurement, email and hosting formed part of the same engagement, so the digital presence could be considered as a whole.
Outcomes
What changed once it was live
- A new website presenting the practice, its services, fees and ways to get in touch.
- A clear local focus around Maidenhead and the surrounding areas served by the practice.
- A delivery scope covering both the public website and the business infrastructure behind it.
